Issue: The Benevolent colonization ship component reward "AtomicPolorizer" does not seem to exist. Pragmatic and Malevolent versions do exist.
Bonus Issue: It should almost certainly be spelled "Polarizer". Made my teeth hurt to spell it as I did, but that's what is in the code.
Yep. Same thing here as well.
As a side issue, looking at the code, the player also gets a varying amount of protection to all ships, but the screen doesn't inform the player.
The hidden benefits are:
B: .2 multiplier to armor of all ships.
P: .05 multiplier to armor of all ships.
M: Nada (which fits the flavor text)
FWIW. the Colonization Event Text itself is spelled correctly. 
This is a bug in the description, there is actually not supposed to be a -B, the idea is that you dismantle it to get the larger fleet wide bonus.
I have fixed the issue, as well as the spelling error, locally, so it will be fixed in the next patch.
