N/A for producing buildings and "Missing info" for planets

HI all,

yesterday i restarted a GalCiv3 game

So i updated GalCiv 3 to the newest version on Steam.

so some smaller cultures are "joining" my culture

No i have the issue:

"Missing Info -25%" at the planet tooltip

and production on many planets "N/A", so i can not produce anything anymore.

No one of the planets is in the area of other fraction. all planets are in my borders

any idea? or do i have to start again a new game?
