How do I transfer save files from my laptop to my desktop?

I noticed that some of my older files were transferring between the two machines, but my current 250+ turn insane map has not transferred over at all since I started it and I have four separate save files for this particular half a year game. Is there any way for me to manually move them over?

My documents\my games\galcic3\saves\ is the directory(or a very similarly named one like saved games or something) they are in I believe.
