Starbase SUPER loud?

As title says, whenever I double clicked into a starbase to build, the default zoom level makes the starbase so loud I think my monitor is going to shatter.


I have to immediately zoom out, but Galciv 3 zoom is not very sensitive, I have to roll the mouse wheel several times, it's so tiring on the finger...


Anyone else has this problem?

That is something I've always wished the game had bigger font on everything.

On a related note whenever a starbase orders a constructor for an auto upgrade 

the game plays the cunstructor noise for each constructor ordered so ife you have a large number of starbases ordering constructors it gets loud and stutters the game for a few seconds
