I have tried this again and it is still doing it, but it only appears to be writing to the disk in the download section, not actually downloading anything. I might not have noticed this at the time of my first post as well. Also, I noticed that it only says that it is missing 1 file and that it will be reacquired after I run and exit the game. If I verify the files two or more times without running the game it will say on the second and subsequent times that all files were successfully verified. Again, does anyone know how to solve this issue?
