1.7 UI bug - conquered planets always show foreign influence warning

Hi.  Thanks very much to the devs and support folks for all the work on this game :star: .  I had left GalCiv3 alone for quite a while, and having come back to it, quite enjoyed the game with all its improvements.  I especially like the newer constructor management, and all the AI improvements.

Sorry if this has been reported already, but I see that after I conquer a planet, the red foreign influence warning never leaves.  In this game, I'm the Krynn and I've gradually been conquering planets at the edges of my empire, so they were starting to feel the effects of my Krynn influence prior to my invasion.  Many many turns later, these planets still show the red "Foreign Influence" warning, despite the fact that they are firmly in my sphere of influence and even have 100% approval (who can resist the Krynn Path? :) ).

See screenshot.

I don't think you understand.  I am playing the Krynn.  Originally, the planet Darwin 1 was owned by an AI civ.  It came under my influence and the red warning appeared.  I invaded and conquered it, so now it belongs to me.  Foreign (non-Krynn) influence is now minimal:  I have 93% influence and the nearest AI has 7% influence (see new screenshot)

The planet has been very much under my (Krynn) ownership and influence for a long time.  Still, the original red "Foreign Influence" warning has never gone away.  The same is true for other planets like this that I have conquered, so this is not just a one off.

What appears to happen is that after you conquer a planet that already has a "Foreign Influence" warning because of your influence, the warning is never reset.
