Missing DLC in MP

Hello

 

I and a friend have buy the game on steam with the DLC

 

Every time when i host a game in Multiplayer. The Game says i don't have the DLC so we cant play with the Planetes. the new races and and and.

I Reinstall the game already, restart and and and but don't find a solution so i hope now to find some here?

 

When i join by my Friend it all Works fine.

After buying the dlc, did you restart the game (if it was running) and wait for the DLC to finish downloading?

Yes. We have restart, Reinstall and restart PC too funy stuff is if my frend host all DLC Works if i Host not. Then he say missing DLC. Make some diferent he ist German and i am Austria player?
