1.7 Opt-in 4 Flipped Planet is still showing on my Planet List

In the most current build of the game, I just had a planet flipped a few turns ago, yet it still appears on my planet list of my planets. I am unable to remove it. see image below...

Ticket # #LQW-979-83086 Also, saving and reloading game reset the values so the save game won't be much help... planet

They flipped it from me through culure.
