1.7-2 flustering

lots of old bugs are back...

Sooo by and large I am liking the changes that 1.7-2 have brought this weekend.

However,  there are a few issues that what I would view as mission critical bad bugs.

1.  Battle Viewer is once again not showing the actual outcome of battles.   I have seen a lot of fights where the battle ends with a defeat, only to have actually won.  Or where I lose nothing in the fight, only to return to the screen and have three ships vanish.  this is especially annoying when the combat stats thing shows  not enough damage taken to lose a ship, but then I lose several.

2.  Game becomes crazy unstable after turn 250.    I have 16gigs of ram and the game seems to enjoy eating all of it.   Seems there is some sort of memory leak that has really shown up.  (looks like StarDock is already aware)     Game crashes a lot after turn 250.

3.   Planets once again do not seem to be logically tied to the rare-abundant settings

4.  The change to sensors is a good change, but it needs help.  It needs a logical tool tip so we actually know what the sensor power means now.  Also it seems the game has not been balanced for this change... especially when the sensor boosting techs and +25% Anomaly do not seem to do anything.

Can you provide a save for the unsuitability issue you are having?

I get a low memory warning after playing for an hour or so, I have 16 GB.  This is not an issue I have seen prior to 1.7
