[1.61] Tech Tree Bugs

Torian, Snathi, Altarian and Arcean Tech Trees..  (Those I checked for sure it appears all tech trees are effected.)

The Nightmare Torpedo (The best of the missle weapons is about 5% of the research value as the previous tech).

My game also crashes if I enter a designer with nightmare torpedoes researched. Something is wrong with them.

hmmm... haven't seen that maybe submit a crash report so Stardock can see what's causing it.
