A few questions and Suggestions.

With 1.6 the AI now surveys the  Ship Graveyards and Precurser Anomalies.   This is good.

However they don't have to fight the guard ships and can survey with an unarmed survey ship.    This sucks.

But it does beg a question.

Why can't we see the ships guarding the Graveyard/Anomaly  on the map or when we click on the anomaly?

I've said before that the Percurser ones should be guarded by a significant force so that these are Late game  prizes..   currently two small ships with force fields and  Harpoon missiles can take out the "heavily defended"

Honestly we should be able to see who is guarding things and have different levels of guards and thus different levels of "prizes"

But that's just my suggestion.

You can't see the Pirates because they are hiding, cleverly waiting to ambush an unsuspecting Survey Ship.

I don't know where they are hiding out there in the empty space that usually surrounds a Precursor Anomaly.  If I did know, I wouldn''t tell you because Space Pirates are vengeful towards people who reveal their secrets.

I do think Pirates need to update weapons and hulls over time, especially the ones guarding precursor anomalies.  Theoretically, they are some of the richer, more successful Pirates.

the ones guarding the precursers are not pirates however.... they appear to be automated defenses that are a totally different ship style.

Honestly the Anomalies are one of my more favorite things in the game...    I like how in GCII they continuously spawned throughout the game.

But there are little things like this... or like how the flavor text talks about a "Terran Scout" ship...   and then you get "my design style"  scout ship.      These lost ships should be ships or unique design or of the design that the flavor text says...
