I created several new ships that & added them to the core game list for all factions. Created my ShipBlueprint, shipclass, & text xml's and modified the FactionstyleSetdfs to add them.
Everything almost works fine, they show up as the correct tech is researched and auto upgrade as more advanced techs are uncovered. At some point in the game, 1 of these ships suddenly is in the shipyard and designer multiple times as M1,M2,M3.... All the stats on M1-Mx are exactly the same and reflect the last (higest) tech level. See pix.
All other added ships behave correctly. Not sure but it may trigger when i research a specific tech but if so i have not found it yet. I looked over my xml's to see if i could find something different in the frigate vs my others and can't see anything wrong but obviously something if off.
Any Ideas on this?
