https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit

You need to create a new login, it doesn't use your Stardock account. Try that and see if it goes through.

Tried that, but it may have failed due to using same PW. Will try again.

Did you attach a large file? If so, then sometimes you get this error when the file is too large. Storing the file on a file sharing service (dropbox, mediafire, etc...) and using the share link in the ticket submission will then work.

Hopes this will work for you.

Edit: PS, don't use one-shot-links! The support system of SD is weird (in this context) it will hit the link multiple times. So an one-shot-link will invalidate on the first passage, and prevents the support guys/gals at SD to actually download the file.

Damned captchas screw up everything.

Why make it so extremely difficult for a typing impaired, computer challenged. older gamer (I was a beta tester for chess) to get to the support page?

All I want to do is report a problem with GC III, not buy a house or car.

Have already spent several hours trying, including 10 minutes typing this reply.

After submitting 3 tickets, I'll side with the OP here, as I had misread the captchas a couple times and had to resubmit.

Please reduce the number of captchas and make them a bit easier to read.

thx .. neilkaz ..

To be fair, I was able to get to support via the Stardock home page where the captcha was only three letters and it was clear if they were capitalized or lower case.

That said once someone has a Username and Password they should not also have to figure out a captcha as well.
