Complete computer freeze

I've got a problem. Recently when I play Galactic civ 3 and enter the ship designer page and try to edit a ship, the whole computer just freezes. This has now happened 5-6 times and everytime except for one, I have had to press and hold the turn on/off to reset my pc.

I've pulled out the task manager and checked what's going on when it occurs and I see that the RAM-memory just goes through the roof. Is there someone else who has this problem?

My memory card has 16 gb

Just make sure it's the same problem though, if not submit a ticket! Does it happen only with large-ish hulls?

I have exactly the same problem. Black screen, pc starts to stutter until it freezes completely. Evry time I try to use the ship designer.

Hope the patch come soon. The announcement was two weeks ago.

Need the fix now.

I would encourage both to submit a ticket as per pshaws request:;

That way they have more data about the problem on their side and the benefit for you is that they will be reminded to push the update slightly faster ;)

The only problem I had in design is my ships would suddenly disappear.  Other that that no problems.
