Future Ideas racial trait:  "Creative"  (maybe give this to the Torians to make them even more techy than the Altarians?)

I wouldn't have a clue how many points it should gobble, but the "Creative" trait would allow more than one 'enhancement tech' to be researched.  Could possibly be two-level:  At the first level, you still select an enhancement tech, and you get a second one at random; at the second level, you research all the enhancements at the same time.

There could be a deficiency someone could accept for this to spend elsewhere on custom race traits that would not only only allow one enhancement tech to be researched (as per normal), but the enhancement that gets researched is random (player does not get to choose which enhancement tech to research).
