Any way to change Victory Conditions mid-game

I started a Milky Way Galaxy Campaign, after taking a long time off from GalCiv3. I didn't think to check or change the Victory Conditions before starting the campaign. I'm now deep into the campaign, having fun, but just lost to the Altarians achieving a Tech Victory. Is there any way to change the Victory Conditions to the Milky Way campaign mid-game, or to edit the save file in some way? I'm trying to avoid having to go back to a MUCH earlier save to head off the Altarians.

I've searched around and haven't found anything, but wanted to check with these forums before I give up. Any help appreciated!

In a normal game you can click the victory tab and then you can change it from there (button on bottom left). Not sure if you can do that during campaign...

You can disable any victory conditions(other than turn limit) for YOURSELF at any time from the victory UI. You can't change general victory settings for AI, though.
