Genius AI having lower production points bonus than Gifted AI

A bug?

Genius AI should be better than Gifted AI, yet it gets only +25% production points compared to +33% for Gifted AI. Is it a bug?

Also, Godlike AI has lower free credits max range compared to weaker Incredible AI (1000 vs. 2000).
