Starbase Autobuild Feature

Hi! I was hoping to see a new feature that you could toggle on. Specifically, I'd like to see an auto build feature for starbases. When you have a ton of them and research a new weapon let's say, you'll have to click through and upgrade a ton of different starbases over and over. Since I tend to build a lot of starbases, I end up using a ton of time adding whatever new thing I've researched. Heck sometimes I use the console to just toggle off turn actions being mandatory until I research a bunch of upgrades at once. Anyway, otherwise this is a really fun game. A worthy upgrade to GalCiv 2.
