1.4 Strange messages from AIs, anyone else seeing them?

Since I started a new game on 1.4, I'm getting more messages from the AIs, which is welcome, but a lot of them are flat wrong.  For example, an AI will tell me that I've just colonized a planet in its zone of control and that I'd better watch out, or that they're concerned but it will probably just culture flip to them anyway (that last came from a minor).  In both of these cases I had just colonized a planet, but in unclaimed space on the other side of my zone from the AI that was complaining.

Similarly, I got a message about the AI being concerned about my military build-up near their border (I had no ships anywhere near them), and a couple more complaining that I had put a starbase in their zone of control when I hadn't (one of those from a race I had just met whose territory I couldn't even see on the map).

Is anyone else seeing this?

Yup, known issue and will be fixed most likely in next patch

We fixed a problem with the messages in 1.4.1.  Please let us know if you continue to see strange messages.

My favourite is when the Dark Yor asked me a 600bc tribute lest be crushed by their superior military.  Wait.. that was a bug right?

Started a new game yesterday on 1.41.  On turn 200 I got a message from the Iridium, saying "Those special anomalies and artifacts are ours, YOR. Send your survey vessel home."

At the time my one and only survey vessel was just outside my own area of influence, fleeing from pirates and nowhere near any anomalies.

Does that count as one of the strange messages?

I've been getting this since BEFORE 1.3

Note: All my games are MP with 1 human ally.

AI constantly tells me BS about colonising nearby them.

From our perspective, it always looks like the AI is literally just talking to the wrong person.

So, my ally is bordered up against AI, but the AI almost always threatens me.

Then AI sends fleets to the right place - surround my ally's planets with fleets - but declares on me when I'm on other side of world.

AI is clearly cross-eyed, or has an extra chromosome.

Looks like an out of order/ incorrectly indexed collection.

Still good though.  Fuzzy logic?
