More desync in 1.4 especially with the trade treaties.

Can you be more specific and file a ticket (https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit) with the save game attached so we can take a look?

It fails to reproduce the desync after reload save game.

It's always when validating diplomatic exchange, proposed by the AI or human player, can be 10 or 2 or 5 exchanges without problems.

No problems with the server player.

My player tells me that it was often the AI extortion racket exchanges that asked nothing against money
