Bug problems

So..: i bought the game and noticed immediately some weird things happening.

1st. Starting the game with many custom races in the game and with insane maps make the game crash as soon as you try to create a map. No error message. The game just close itself without error messages. This happens with both mods activated, with only the dlc activated or with no mod enables.

2nd. If I limit the number of races in the game and reduce the map size (But mostly if i reduce the number of races) the game start. Run turns correctly until unexpectedly it crashes with no error message.

When I try to load the last game it loads correctly, does more turns and again crashes. The number and intensity of crashes raise the more the game goes on...

I am unable to identify if this is a Custom races (Downloaded from the workshop of steam) or something else. Please give me indications on how to identify the problem. I have a very powerful Windows 7 x64 O.S. with 12 mega RAM and 2 Mega dedicated video card. It should more than enough to run the game at high standards...

The game should not crash at all... Why does this happens?

Can you download and run the tool below:

http://sd.stardock.com/Support/supportToolTest/SDSupportTool.exe

Then attach the .zip that's created and send it in with a ticket to support:

Yes... 12 giga of RAM and 2 GIGA of video RAM... Both DDR3. HD are SSD, so pretty fast. And I've done every step in troubleshooting. I believe this is a major faukt.. Somehow the game crash when the requirements are too high without alarms. Which is strange... This usually it's an alarm for something being really unbalanced inside the game.... and this scares me since I hate throwing up money...
