Dup(old) ships in designer after last 1.3.2 update

Happening in both new and saved games. Some but not all ship designs and their previous versions (M1,M2..Mxx) are in the list for the ship designer and shipyards.

UPDATE, It was fine until around turn 150 then it started this issue

Only save i still have is on a custom map with mods enabled, do you want it?
