Stardock will be closed starting on November 27th and we will be returning December 2nd. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums but expect delays in responses during this time.
Whenever I use any (not just wealth) of the governors they automatically move the wheel to 100% wealth. This causes any buildings they use to not build and/or do any research.
