Campaign Issues/Bugs

Lately I have been playing the campaign and noticed several things that seemed out of place.

First off since the latest update and my own update to windows 10, I can no longer play the Arcea or Contigency campaigns. When I try and start a new game on either of those campaigns, the game just sits at building galaxy screen indefinitely. Its not frozen either, you can freely move the cursor, the audio is playing in the background and the graphic for the galaxy is spinning away. I can however, play the milky way campaign without issue. That map renders in seconds.

The other issues I noticed where while playing the milky way campaign.

No Anomalies. None, anywhere. Seems rather anomalous that there would be no anomalies what so ever in the campaign since the whole purpose of the survey ship is to find anomalies.

Pirate Shipyards are stacking. When I defeat a pirate shipyard in battle it explodes on the galaxy map, then another one appears in its place. Every shipyard must ve destroyed twice in order to completely remove it from the game. Its rather irksome, especially early in the game.

I'm getting the galaxy loading screen thing on any load of an existing game. Different cause, same bug or whatever it is. Makes the game a lot less playable TBH.

Also Pirate Shipyard difficulties.

 

I've validated the game files and got it up to date, and I'll check the campaign modes to see if people are getting random difficulties unique to them or if the game is broken.

Edit: Just checked. I'm getting the same campaign issues on a clean, non-experimental build of the game. I'm also not even on Windows 10.

We have a fix for "building galaxy screen"for 1.3.  In the meantime, the campaign should load normally if you disable mods.

I don't have any anomalies in the Milky Way campaign just like kdoyle1982. I have not noticed any of the other issues. I play on 64-bit Windows 7 with mods disabled. I tried validating my files and got 8 failed files twice. So deleted the game, redownloaded and reinstalled. Still no anomalies in Milky Way campaign. I like anomalies, is there any way to fix this?
