The 3rd tier of missile defenses for starbases is broken. The tooltip says you should be able to add a module called "Droid Sentries" for starbases, but upon researching the tech no further upgrades become available for missile defense.

I experienced the same bug. Playing on an insane map with a custom race that is using the Yor tech tree. Version 1.2, steam, having already checked the local files and it says they're ok. Further info in case needed on request. My thanks in advance for solving it 
Edit: I read the linked thread about the issue and thus checked the starbasemoduledefs with notepad++ for any spaces in the code that shouldn't be there. I could not find any, so they seem to have been corrected, but I still get the bug. So there must still be something else going wrong.
