CTD when player gains control of planet not technically in a system, but still really close

Hey guys, I made a map that is all perfect worlds and is in a symmetrical format on an immense map size for a 1v1 duel with an AI. I put three perfect planets in each system, but in one system I messed up and the third world is just outside the system. The planet is named Habitable planet-39 and it only causes a reproducible crash when I gain control of it through influence, colonization or invasion. The AI colonized it just fine. After awhile I just avoided the planet, but now it's about to culture flip. Any ideas on how to remove the planet or otherwise keep it in the AI's control? Thanks in advance.
