Ships skipping their moves

After hitting the end turn button my ships are executing their designated moves but even if they have moves left the turn just skips. Am I missing any implemented options with the 1.1 patch here?

Allready tried clean reinstalling und serveral different galaxy/race setups.

Same here. Normally when a colony ship reaches its destination I'd choose the no option so i can check the traits and size of the planet before I get the colonization event. If I do that after the patch the turn ends and then I have to wait for the next turn to colonize.

In 1.03 ships skip moves too.
