1.03 beyond mortality components not unlocked?

Beyond Mortality researched, but the bane and the other 2 things that should be unlocked are still unavailable in the designer any thoughts?

I unlocked all techs and they're there.

SOLVED- you need to apparently unlock all 3 techs that are after the 3 ages. i.e. the 3 techs that unlock once u get to 180/180.
