Yor Tech Tree for Non Synthetic Races? Choosing Synthetic Might be a Nerf!!!

Oddly enough, it sort of works.  Fast Assembly and Ultra Fast Assembly can still be used by non-synth races if you select Yor tech.  

The biggest problem though is the lack of pop capacity on planets.  Yor tech means no farms.  That can be rectified partially with Monsantium deposits (+1 food per item) and farmers (+2 food).

Wondering if you can trade techs to get farms.  If so, it means playing as a synthetic race is actually a NERF since you can get all of the benefits WITHOUT having to choose the synthetic trait. 

The PRIMARY advantage of choosing Yor Tech with a non-synth race is that your pop will naturally grow AND you have the ability to manufacture more pop.

If they fix the issue with being able to manufacture population still when you are already over the synthetic population cap, choosing the synthetic tech tree would be basically useless if you are not synthetic.

The fix was supposed to happen in a previous patch according to the patch notes (option to produce population should be grayed out if you are already over the limit) but did not make in into the patch as you can still make population well over the cap.
