Ctrl + P - Upgrade Planet / Planetary Improvement cheat in Gal Civ 3?

Hey all,

In Gal civ 2 twights of the arnor the ctrl+p command was available to increase planet capacity so that we could have max population and max tiles to construct per planet. It also enabled the colonisation of "dead" and non habitable worlds..

Does anyone know if this is possible? I just bough gal civ 3 and I've been searching everywhere.. So far no success.

GalCiv3 has a new lead designer, Paul Boyer, and he does things differently, so all your old bets are off.

I suppose that you could set your settings to a huge number of habitable planets and just destroy the ones that don't meet your requirements, but you can't do this with alien planets until after you conquer them.
