Crash to desktop when starting new game.

I've played this game for a while since it was released, but now it simply refuses to work.
So far I have verified the game cache, reinstalled the game, deleted all mods and custom factions.

I get no error or anything, the game simply shuts down after a few seconds of loading the new world.

Any help would be appreciated.
