Thalan (Thalis) & Yor (Icos) 15 or 16?

Okay this was brought up in the Dev Stream 5/29/15 as Paul originally thought 15 and then ended saying 16, however, I've tested in game and currently my game is generating class 15 planets for these races.  I created ticket on this Ticket: #SKC-106-47341

All Home World Systems have 16 planet class points except for these two why?

The descriptions for these planets for custom races are that they contain a single class 16 world.

Starting a new game as Thalan or as Yor generates a class 15 planet.  Starting a new custom race with their planets is generating class 15 planet.

To me it appears that it should be a class 16 planet but, something is happening to prevent this anyone else noticing this happening in their games or seeing them change between a class 15 or 16?

I've always seemed to get a class 15 as well, just never mentioned it between assuming someone else had and that so far that 1 missing tile hasn't affected me enough to bring it up. Should definitely be fixed though, if it says you should get a 16, a 16 is what you should get!

I just checked this out, both in game and looking through the game files.

Both Icos and Thalis are designated as class 15 worlds in PlanetDefs.xml, while the text in StarSystemText.xml refer to both as class 16. Not sure which is the error, but I did note that the Arb system (i.e., the generic minor race system) is a class 16 world, both in description and PlanetDefs.

Nice find, I wasn't sure which files to look at. The minor race system being properly class 16 to me is evidence that Iconia and Thala should both be class 16 planets too.
