To Anyone Who Has A Negative Review, What Can Stardock Do To Make It Positive?

Okay let's have a constructive post.  If you gave the game a negative review or feel you could have given the game a negative review what can Stardock do to change your mind?

Issues

First off what issues are you having?  Most of the negative reviews are about crashing, is that what is going on?

Example...  The AI is dumb and doesn't do anything but fly around in circles and keeps asking me to give them stuff.

Resolution

Is your issue still going on?  How could Stardock resolve the issue for you?

Example...  Correct the AI preventing different AI players from constantly annoying you every turn for credits or technology, maybe having a toggle at the beginning of the game to limit how much contact the AI initiates.

Final Step

Now if Stardock has resolved your issue, why not return the favor and change your review to positve :).

Example...  Thanks Stardock for noticing my issue, now that you have addressed it and my issues no longer apply I will update my review accordingly as I think you guys rock for addressing my concerns.

I wonder...  could work but it could also backfire but i like the idea.

 

The steam forum is probably a better place to post it.  Don't know if you frequent it much, it is a different culture for the most part.  I see many more negatives there that here.
