(Critical) Diplomacy Bug

I don't see this fixed in 1.02's notes, so adding it here. This is game breaking.

There appears to be a negative integer? overflow causing the AI to give you everything they have.

On Insane Maps at least, add enough colonies from the AI side to the bargain...after enough "no", it will suddenly flip over to saying "you are so generous". The result is that you can simply ask the AI for all their colonies, their ships, their money and their tech...

I must say it is pretty hilarious but it is a chore to tell myself not to spoil my game when this is there...haha

Hey if you want to conquer the universe, simply ask...nicely...

Hm. I don't normally agree with posts that have clickbait titles, but yeah, this is pretty critical.

Thanks for posting your issue. Do you mind sending a save before this happens to support so I can have a better idea of what is going on? How many planets did it take until the trade was flipped to a yes? Which faction were you playing as? If possible, steps on how you were able to reproduce this issue would be awesome!

It is not just planets...it is the total value of the trade which causes it to flip (i.e. some planets and a whole lot of tech will also cause it to flip (5 planets and 38 tech for example)).  Also the factions homeworld cannot be a part of the trade.  I have a save file which exhibits this behavior which I will submit through through the submit channels.

Whatever, you don't really need a pre-made save game to hit this.

At around mid-game, just ask the AI to give you everything they have...$, resources, spaceships, planets, starbases. If the AI has a decent sized empire, you can 100% hit this.
