How Do Trade Goods Work?

I'm talking about the goodies that appear on colony tiles, specifically. So many questions:

Does the bonus I get apply just by virtue of possessing it?
If i trade it away to another Civ, will the physical object still exist on my colony? Do i still get a bonus from it?
What happens if i trade it away and then bulldoze it?
Do they stack? What happens if i end up with two of the same? (They say 'one per player', but you never know). On even small maps, i tend to get a lot of repeats.
Is there anywhere i can track these things, or do they just mysteriously apply bonuses in the background?

It will still be present on your colony. No.

No, Well, in the diplomacy trade screen you see what you have on your side.

They're not supposed to, but they currently do.
You could open the diplo screen with someone and see what you can trade to them. There might be something in the Govern window as well

Frankly I think it's kind of okay if they stack, the bonuses are all small +5% bonuses that pale in comparison to precursor relic bonuses, the only advantage being they have some effects that relics don't. I think more effects for less of a bonus is a perfectly fine trade-off, especially since they take up a tile on a planet.

If you trade away the trade resource, the object on your colony still exists and gives the bonus levels to adjacent tiles. So yes.

If you trade it away, the other civ gets the trade resource for the specified number of turns. If you bulldoze the trade resource, the other civ still gets the goods regardless. You just end up with -1 of the trade resource, but there is no penalty for owning -1 of them.

Tested both of the above today.

So if i have a resource that grants me a +5% Cupcakes empire-wide and i trade it away, am i still getting the +5% or is that removed for the duration of the trade?

The bonus from the resource itself goes away. As such, I personally don't see much point in trading the trade resources to other empires unless I just don't want the bonus.

Sometimes giving up a trade resource for a finite number of turns is preferable to giving up all of your credits or a tech you don't want anyone else to get easily.

But yes, I agree, the stacking bonuses acting civ-wide is huge to give up.
