[Bug?] Ideology traits that create planets

So as I was testing other ideology traits (by using a mod that grants ideology points for the sake of testing), and I got the Awe 4 trait. I was playing as Terran and hadn't explored outside the Sol system. I was awarded Sol VI, which was a class 15 (not 16) world... the same is true with the Outreach 5 trait. The Outreach 2 trait will also add an uncolonized planet to the Sol system.

I'm not sure if this is working as designed since 1) these traits are adding planets to the Sol system (though I'm not sure how else this would work) and 2) in the cases of Awe 4 and Outreach 5, this says it should be a class 16 world but it is awarding class 15 worlds...

Yes it should add a planet, but I think there where some bugs at least in Beta 6 around the size of the planet.

i unlocked one of those traits in a game (one that adds a size 10 planet) and the planet spawned a bit outside of one of my colonized systems. it was technically outside of the system, but got the name "Vega IV" since "Vega" was the closest star. i guess the position is somewhat random, but somewhere near one of your colonies on a tile that you already know. or something along that line.

I understand that it should add a planet near your home system. That isn't the issue.

My question is more along the lines of whether the devs want planets appearing in the Sol system since that is the only system based on reality--but that isn't so big a deal.

The bigger issue is the fact that they are still spawning class 15 planets instead of class 16 planets as the description says they should... and even that isn't a huge deal. Just pointing out the discrepancy.

Will it does say a previously unknown planet, that could apply to all equally. Why it was hidden is a good question but hey that would apply to any system.
