DLC "Season Pass" type thing?

is there going ot be one?

Hi... I know a lot of PC players have their knickers in a twist about DLC.. but I am just not one of them and I was wondering if there is going ot be a "season pass" type DLC you can buy to get all the DLC as it is released?

I'm a gamer, but my brother is not. There is no way he is going to even going to know there is DLC, let along buy it. We used to play these kinds of games as kids and even though he is in his 50s and I'm in my 40s we still like these kind of games. (Europa Universalis 4dawin). So I want to buy it for him for his birthday.. but I was hoping there would be a DLC type package I could also get him.

Is there any plans to add this kind of product?

unfortunately you are a bit late to the party

there was a founders elite package which would have gotten you the game every expansion and dlc but they have stopped selling that and from what i understand wont be selling it again

I would expect bundles of DLC, but only after they are released. So, rather than a "buy 3, get 1 free" coupon, and wait for the next couple of DLC to be released, they'll instead offer something like: 25% off 4 existing DLC.

Pre-sales of DLCs are pretty much unheard of, for any game, because it's so unpredictable about when they'll come out, the quality of one, etc.  So discounts tend to be applied to sales of EXISTING DLC packs, rather than future ones.

well not really. Almost all big games now sell "season passes" where you get like 5 DLC as a pre-order and usually with a time release bonus so you get it like a week before the pack gose on sale. It is in fact very common now.
