Large Empire Penalty (LEP) Removal
Fairly self explanatory, this mod removes the LEP via a modification of AbilityDefs.xml and turns the Patriotic trait into a global +100% morale boost.

Cheap Colony Ship and Constructor Designs
Not a true AI mod, however this contains both a Cargo and Small hulled ship that only have a colony or constructor module, for every single vanilla race, plus a small handful of other random colony/constructor designs I don't want to sort through. These of course go into the My Games\GalCiv3\Design folder, and the AI is slightly better with colonizing and much better at building star bases with these, as they build much more quickly than the core designs.

Godlike AI - Nightmare Edition

AI Approval Bonus
In short, when playing GC3, I've noticed that the AI struggles badly with approval, even on Genius to point where I noticed most of the AI's planets were at anywhere from zero to twenty approval on average, by some 60-70 turns in, even on planets with under 3 population. They also suffered in early expansion due to the morale penalty on their homeworld.
With this mod, the AI gets the following approval bonus:
Gifted: +2
Genius: +4
Godlike: +6
