UP peace resolution is not working right. I was at war with 2 races, vote passed, was still at war with one of them and within 2 turns the other declared war with me again
did they defy (leave) the UP? If they defy the resolution, they won't be held by it.
In one game I was at work with over 50% of the AIs and being ship spammed like crazy when the peace resolution game up and I voted yes, it passed. None of the wars ended. If they had voted no, it should have ended for some of them.
So I have seen this my self.

ended wars with UP resolution, it also says no wars can be declared for some time. But it passed and I declared war the next turn on some other race.
Weird. It does not seem to be consistant. I remember that happenning with one of the beta, but I just tested it last night. Got myself elected, made the proposition, had it pass and the war with the Altarians I was engaged in stopped the next turn. And I couldn't declare war during this time.
We will have to investigate. Maybe it works if you are the one proposing the resolution? That would be the bug...
