Planet says it says it’s defended BUT it’s not.  I try to take it with a transport  but it tell me i can't because its defended.

This is the Paranoid Trait in effect. It gives all your planets, starbases, and shipyards free interceptors with which to defend.

Thanks buddy.  That must be it.  Planet shows nothing like in my pic, but if i use a fighter to attack planet, 2 small drown show up.  Expected it to say "must use transport .."

You're welcome. I had the same reaction the 1st time that I came across it. Took me a minute to understand why it was happening. The screenshots helped me recognize it since they just changed the Drengin traits. They didn't use to have Paranoid. Another instance where more information should be displayed.  :)
