Mini Map STILL broken

I have sent mutli emails complaining about this. Even started a thread in Steam and nobody from Stardock will give me an answer. How do I stop my mini map from resetting to its "home" position after ever action I take? If I zoom out I want the map to stay zoomed out. Why would I zoom out, just to click a ship and move it, just to have the map reset. What is the point of zoom in and zoom out if it doesn't stay zoomed in or zoomed out? If I am missing a setting, please let me know. I am so frustrated by this, because this makes the game unplayable for me. If I can't see a large portion of my empire because it is out of the mini map.... that is a BIG deal for me. I can't just keep zooming out after ever action, after ever turn, after ever time I move a ship. Please excuse my frustration but I feel as if this problem is being completely ignored.

I'm sure this isn't being ignored, however, it may be a low priority, it has been an issue and I'm sure it will be resolved or dealt with soon.  Sorry they haven't gotten back to you I would suggest you create a ticket on the issue to possibly get it a higher priority.

I have created a ticket quite a while ago. I did get a response on it but the response was more along the lines of "I will pass it on" and nothing else. I just hope they fix it so I can play one of my favorite games!
