CTDs since 1.0

Hey great game. But since 1.0 came out I had 4 or 5 ctds. I think it was everytime in the shipdesigner, but not 100% sure.

It happend in campaign and in a new free game.

I didn`t have a single crash in the last 3 weeks before though.
