Krynn Research Tree Bugs

Krynn research tree bugs probably typo in XML files - running Friday BETA .975 -

Conversion Section - The Path - Krynn Temple should upgrade the Krynn Consulate but does not.  Haven't yet tried to see if Krynn Temple upgrades to Krynn Mission.

Cost for to enable celestial tourism seems excessively high in research points (25 turns at 245 research) likely another typo.

 

Seems to me you should be able to save ideology points and not spread them immediately when you get another to unlock next benefit in that tree.  This mainly helps when you working on more than one idealogy tree.

Also I am curious why you can't save construction points on a starbase - makes it easier to manage upgrades - build double/triple constructors and save construction points for when you research future upgrade.  This might get confusing for AI though at first.
