[Question] Approval/Morale

The approval system is not very clear to understand yet.

Per example, for population, it's clear and easy to understand.

10 foods are needed to have 10B population.
100 foods are needed to have 100B population.

So why not a similar system for approval?

10B population need 10 approval points to have 100% approval.
100B population need 100 approval points to have 100% approval.

It seems; you are right, I was misled by the way it is displayed. :)

Ex:

Population: 8.9          Approval: 98%

It means:

Population: 8.9          Approval: 8.8

Also, I think that the distinction between "Morale" and "Approval" is not very clear.

Basically, it's not very clear the way it's displayed currently, do you have any plans to remedy this?

Honestly I find the system very clear.

approval = pop / morale X 100, as shown in the approval tooltip

Quoting Stalker0, reply 1

approval = pop / morale X 100, as shown in the approval tooltip
End of Stalker0's quote

I think you've flipped the ratio. [populaton] / [morale] > 1 if [population] > [morale], which is not the expected result. [morale] / [population] > 1 if [morale] > [population], which is as expected.

Checking in game, approval does in fact appear to be [morale] / [population] expressed as a percentage.
