Bug still present in Beta ver 0.97.2.0

This bug is still present in Ver 1.0.1.1

This bug is still present in Ver 1.0.3.1

It can appear after loading a saved game, and at the same time some of the tech boxes are displayed with a dark grey color (the dark grey colored tech boxes effect is certainly not related).

Not tested yet with Ver 1.0.3.3
