In Beta 6.1 'Atmospheric Cleansing' is selectable but won't activate.

My mistake. Didn't realize that this tech wouldn't activate until I was in the right era.
Right era? I would think it would become available once it is researched.
No techs are frozen until you reach the era they are in. Its part of the prerequisite check you need the techs leading up to it and be in the correct era
I did have the correct tech, but maybe there was a 2nd tech required that I did not see during the game (it was my first game). Later, when I was in the right era, I tried it again and it activated.
