[bug][crash to desktop] Terran race

Hello, not sure if this is the best way of reporting, but I have had a few crashes to desktop recently (CTD). Before the update on May 1st, I had it a few times with planetary invasion for a custom race selecting the communication/influence option. Recently, since the May 1st update, I have had CTD's when playing as the Terran race. I re-loaded the game then had the same issue with the "previous auto-save" resulting in the game no longer being playable.

Also, I had another non-game-breaking bug where i created a mining base the same turn as another rival for the same resources. It said on the resources it was owned by my star base, but the path indicators were going to the rival. i tried upgrading the base and was getting no income from it. Question is if 2 or 3 people build a starbase around the same resource in the same turn, who gets it?
