Beta as of 5/2- one minor and one moderate bug

minor- typo on Iconian molecular fabricator. You have a C tacked onto the end of it.

Moderate- anchoring a shipyard via the Shafer button does not work. Anchoring on the bottom left button does work. This can freeze turns until you move the shipyard.
