[Bug 0.82] Battle viewer failed to start when encountering pirates during auto turn

Steps to Reproduce

1. Complete this turn without changing the orders of T.A.S. Survey-1.

2. After clicking End Turn the remaining moves of this ship be used to land on an a ship graveyard with pirates.

3. When the Confirm Battle dialog screen appears I've tested both Auto Resolve and Start. 

After pressing either button nothing will happen and the game is unplayable at this time.
