Beta 5 .81 Generic tech tree blocks Tech victory b/c techs "disabled for beta"

The generic tech tree has so many techs "disabled for beta", including all 3 Cultural Focus techs, that it is impossible to meet the research conditions for a tech victory.

I remember this being reported in an earlier beta with respect to the Altarian tree, but this is the generic tree that is the default for custom races.

I thought the Tech victory was disabled for all factions. I know it is for the Terrans. The Cultural Affinity tech is blocked back at Cultural Focus.

I am pretty sure Tech V is not in the game at present

I won a tech victory in a previous beta. If it was disabled I must have missed the announcement.
